Locks of Love

Milk Studio 1
Christiaan.
(see previous post about who he is)

Locks of Love"

It will be the most expensive haircut I never have to pay for.

I'm so excited,
all for Love!

what a nice surprise~
Love does amazing things!

What I've learned in the past decade....

-Karma.
-Quantum physics.
-imperfections are poetic.
-tongue piercing doesn't last more than a decade.
-there's really no point getting 7 piercings on your ears, just more holes to fill.
-don't blame peer pressure, you are responsible for all your stupid choices.
-if you must have cats, 2 is better than 1.
-yoga, still changing my life everyday.
that's all I can come up with...
very important lessons...

Milk Studios Penthouse
Christiaan.

I'm inspired and touched.

I LOVE my job!!

I'm a make-up artist.
got into assisting after working freelance for some time.

we are not just selling our skills,
there are so much more attachment to it,
the job description is beyond.
the more I realize about how challenging it can be,
I find myself more attracted to it.

Assisting is so different with being key artist,
easier, I would say....well, mentally, at least.
I'm perfectly happy with where I am now.
being around talented people, learning new things everyday!

My San Francisco

it's a slow city,
where people really take their time...

it's a fun city,
the city itself is a giant roller coaster.

it's a spontaneous city,
things just happen without any plans.

it's a warm city,
I always end up chatting up strangers on the street, and I don't normally talk.

it's a cold city,
fucking freezing in mid-August I had to buy a pair of uggs.

it's a foodie's city,
great food=happiness.

it's a beautiful city,
the colors of cute houses and the mist in the air....

it's a hippies' city,
there's a "burning man" section in thrift shop.

it's a liberal city,
you can find friends of any combinations.

Thank you San Francisco,
we had so much FUN!!

it's a magic city....

Writing down thoughts....
if only it(my hand) can catch up with my thoughts(my brain).
it's not suppose to.
that's why they are hands,
writing down words, sentences...
much slower than brain-waves.
damn.

space travel

haven't been traveling across continent in couple years,
this is exactly what I needed, to get away from New York.
I flew through space and time, take in the feeling with every breath.
so new yet so familiar, seems the same but somewhat different.
so this is what it like to be back at home....or.....is it home?

being back to this magical island of Taiwan is always a trip.
it's different every time.
this time, I felt the amazing warm energy of the mountains.
it was out of this world- beautiful!
well, maybe the acid helped a little.
being in the mountains with sweet native Taiwanese people helps too,
they are warm and open and they love their land, they love to party and make sure everyone is safe and have a blast, awesome hosts!
Thank you 復興鄉!I'll be back someday!
